satisfaction to you with the jewelry you have just acquired.Enjoy it. Show it off.
If within 30 days
after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied,
return it or replace it - no questions asked.
To return, exchange or replace your
purchase, please follow these simple steps:

All products should be returned in the original state they were received in. |

Products that has been altered in any form will not be accepted
for refund or exchange.

Products with broken tags and/or engravings will not be accepted
for return.

Returns with no Mirrorwhite return code, and packages that are
improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted

Products which have been modified by other third party
jeweler or abused will not be accepted for refunds.

Please note that all our products come with Mirrorwhite
Certificate, which must be returned in order to process refund

If the certificate is not returned the refund amount will
be reduced by $100.00 to cover the cost of the certificate.

All Free Gifts with purchase must be returned with
products which are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to
products which are not returned with the free gift.

After we receive your returned product it will be reviewed for
refund or exchange with a new item in just a few days.

A 20% charge will be made on the value of the article(s) to cover
our charges such as freight, insurance etc.

Please enclose the original shipping document with your purchase
(in the original packaging), if you do not have your original
shipping document, please print and complete the return
purchase form. If you are unable to print this form, please email
us your name, address, phone number and order number to
service@mirrorwhite.com
Call customer service at 888-803-6789
highlighting to obtain a return authorization number and a
FEDEX return label. You will receive this label via e-mail.
Pack items to be returned and include your shipping
document (or return purchase form).
Make arrangements with FEDEX to have your package
delivered (either drop it off at a FEDEX location or arrange with
them to have it picked up).
